Return procedures<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1620\">Products must be returned within <strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1596\">14 days from the withdrawal communication<\/strong>, to the following address:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1684\"><strong data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1641\">Beltrami S.p.A.<\/strong><br data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1644\">Via della Robbia 23<br data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1666\">50132 Florence (FI)<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1686\" data-end=\"1811\">Return shipping costs are <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1750\">borne by the customer<\/strong>, unless otherwise indicated or due to an error attributable to the seller.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1816\">\n<h2 data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1832\">4. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1942\">Once returned products are received and verified, Beltrami S.p.A. will process the refund <strong data-start=\"1922\" data-end=\"1941\">within 14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"2077\">The refund will be processed using <strong data-start=\"1984\" data-end=\"2017\">the same payment method<\/strong> used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2082\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2119\">5. Limitations on alcoholic beverage sales<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2528\" data-end=\"2675\">The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively for users who are <strong data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2622\">legally of age<\/strong> according to current regulations in their country of residence.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2677\" data-end=\"2680\">\n<h2 data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2703\">7.
