{"id":1760,"date":"2026-01-04T14:35:04","date_gmt":"2026-01-04T14:35:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenutebeltrami.it\/prodotto\/duca-alessandro-passito-toscano\/"},"modified":"2026-03-23T15:59:36","modified_gmt":"2026-03-23T15:59:36","slug":"duca-alessandro-passito-toscano","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tenutebeltrami.it\/en\/prodotto\/duca-alessandro-passito-toscano\/","title":{"rendered":"Duca Alessandro Passito Toscano"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"615\">The <strong data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"369\">Passito Toscano Duca Alessandro<\/strong> from Tenute Beltrami emerges as a natural evolution of the Vin Santo tradition, from which it draws much of its production process: from manual harvest to grape drying, through to careful attention to every winemaking phase.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"921\">What distinguishes it is the choice of <strong data-start=\"649\" data-end=\"678\">drying in barriques<\/strong> and a <strong data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"719\">shorter aging period<\/strong>, designed to better enhance the fruity components while maintaining freshness, elegance and a smooth, clean drinking experience.<br data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"842\">A passito that interprets tradition with a more immediate and harmonious style.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"923\" data-end=\"1216\">Made primarily from <strong data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"966\">Malvasia Bianca del Chianti<\/strong>, with a small percentage of <strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1034\">Trebbiano Toscano<\/strong>, Duca Alessandro comes from a drying process of approximately <strong data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1099\">6 months<\/strong>, followed by gentle but decisive pressing that yields a free-run must extremely rich in sugars.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1559\">Winemaking takes place in <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1283\">barriques with selected yeasts<\/strong>, while aging continues in wood and subsequently in bottle.<br data-start=\"1355\" data-end=\"1358\">In the glass it presents <strong data-start=\"1381\" data-end=\"1412\">golden with amber reflections<\/strong>;
