This Returns and Refunds Policy is drafted in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”) and applies to purchases made on the tenutebeltrami.it website.
Pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code, consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, without obligation to provide justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send written communication to the email address:
indicating:
order number
product(s) for which withdrawal is intended
The right of withdrawal is valid only if:
products are returned intact, unopened and unused
products are returned in their original packaging
products are not damaged
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the case of:
opened or tampered products
sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons
Products must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal communication, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise indicated or due to an error attributable to the seller.
Once returned products are received and verified, Beltrami S.p.A. will process the refund within 14 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
In case of:
product damaged during transport
incorrect product compared to the order
the customer is required to report it within 48 hours of delivery, by writing to:
Beltrami S.p.A. will provide, at its discretion, product replacement or refund, without additional costs for the customer.
The sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved exclusively for users who are legally of age according to current regulations in their country of residence.
For any dispute, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction, if located in Italian territory, as provided by law.
