The origins of Tenute Beltrami date back to the 18th century, when the Bagnolo property in Impruneta began to take shape among young vineyards, olive groves, and carefully cultivated lands. Over time, the villa and its fields passed through family inheritances and transformations, always maintaining a strong connection to the territory. After the war, in the 1950s, the estate was acquired by a Florentine lawyer who recognized its value and converted it into a place of prestige and hospitality, preserving the balance between nature, history, and daily life. It was in this context, rich with memory and silence, that the foundations were laid for the arrival of the Beltrami family and for the continuity that would define the estate’s future.
In the 1970s, the estate entered a new phase when Bruno Beltrami acquired it, integrating it into the family tradition of elegance and rigor. The villa became a lived-in place, while the vineyards and olive groves were tended with increasingly quality-focused criteria. Between the 1970s and 1990s, the property went through a period of slow and continuous transformation, during which agricultural management and long-term vision were consolidated. Subsequent generations grew up immersed in the land and its rhythms, preparing the ground for a new chapter made of renewal, awareness, and responsibility toward a heritage that would become the identity core of the estates.
At the beginning of the 2000s, the management of the estates passed to Stefano and Barbara Beltrami, who initiated a profound renewal process while maintaining intact family continuity. Between 2001 and 2015, the vineyards, olive groves, and cellar were restructured, with interventions designed to enhance the quality and character of Impruneta’s land. During these years, the new swimming pool was also created and the villa’s restoration continued, envisioned as a place of welcome for enthusiasts and visitors. It was a period of constant work, made of measured choices and vision, that prepared the estates for more conscious production and an increasingly defined identity.
Since 2015, the estates have experienced a phase of consolidation and maturity, with a strong relaunch of the Beltrami brand as a symbol of Tuscan quality and elegance. The replanting of vineyards continues, along with cellar modernization and the refinement of winemaking techniques, while distribution grows in Italy and abroad. In subsequent years, new spaces dedicated to hospitality were created and the panoramic terrace was completed, designed to host tastings and events. The decade closes with a more defined vision: telling the story of Impruneta’s territory through identity wines, curated experiences, and an increasingly attentive and conscious digital presence.
