Description

Bifonica Sangiovese is a Tuscan Red Wine that clearly expresses the character of the Sangiovese grape, one of the most emblematic of Tuscan winemaking tradition. Sangiovese is known for its fruity notes of cherry and plum, combined with lively acidity and well-present tannins, characteristics that make it immediately recognizable in the landscape of Italian red wines.

The vinification of Bifonica Sangiovese is designed to preserve varietal expression: controlled temperature fermentation and subsequent aging in steel and bottle ensure a clear aromatic profile and harmonious balance between structure and freshness.

In the glass it presents with an intense ruby red color, while on the nose aromas of ripe red fruit unfold, such as cherry and sour cherry, accompanied by light spicy and balsamic notes, typical of the finest Tuscan Sangiovese.
On the palate it is fresh, balanced and highly drinkable, with soft tannins that support a well-defined structure.

A wine that pairs well with traditional dishes, such as red meats, roasts, pasta with ragù and aged cheeses, revealing the versatility and authenticity that distinguish great Sangiovese wines.
