100% Sangiovese from the southwest slope of Impruneta, elegant and long-lived.
A balanced Tuscan Red Wine, with present yet silky tannins and a harmonious, pleasant drinkability.

Terre del Cotto Sangiovese is a Tuscan red wine that represents one of the most authentic expressions of Tenute Beltrami’s winemaking journey.
Since the first harvest in 2006, Sangiovese has played a central role in our production, leading us to vinify it as a monovarietal in all vintages that allowed for full ripening.
The grapes come from vineyards exposed on the southwest slope of our hill, an area characterized by a particular soil composition and favorable microclimate, elements that give the wine longevity, balance and expressive precision.
These conditions allow Sangiovese to develop tannins that are present but never aggressive, supported by a solid structure and well-integrated freshness.
Winemaking involves fermentation in contact with skins for 18–20 days at 28–30°C, followed by aging in barrique and a subsequent period in bottle.
The wine presents a ruby red color, with an aromatic profile that recalls berries and blackberry, accompanied by spiced notes with a delicate prevalence of vanilla.
On the palate, this Tuscan Red Wine stands out for its silky and pleasant drinkability, where structure and acidity coexist in perfect balance.
An elegant and consistent Sangiovese, capable of expressing the Impruneta territory with depth and restraint.
