Elegant and harmonious Tuscan passito, with notes of yellow fruit and almond, offering a smooth and refined drinking experience.

Description

The Passito Toscano Duca Alessandro from Tenute Beltrami emerges as a natural evolution of the Vin Santo tradition, from which it draws much of its production process: from manual harvest to grape drying, through to careful attention to every winemaking phase.

What distinguishes it is the choice of drying in barriques and a shorter aging period, designed to better enhance the fruity components while maintaining freshness, elegance and a smooth, clean drinking experience.
A passito that interprets tradition with a more immediate and harmonious style.

Made primarily from Malvasia Bianca del Chianti, with a small percentage of Trebbiano Toscano, Duca Alessandro comes from a drying process of approximately 6 months, followed by gentle but decisive pressing that yields a free-run must extremely rich in sugars.

Winemaking takes place in barriques with selected yeasts, while aging continues in wood and subsequently in bottle.
In the glass it presents golden with amber reflections; on the nose it expresses elegant notes of yellow fruit, such as peach and apricot, accompanied by hints of dried fruit, particularly almond.

On the palate it is enveloping, balanced and refined, with measured sweetness that makes it extremely pleasant and versatile.
