The Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil Terre del Cotto by Tenute Beltrami is produced in Impruneta, one of the territories historically most suited to Tuscan olive cultivation, thanks to the particular soil composition and a dry and ventilated microclimate, ideal for producing high-quality oils.
The olives come exclusively from the estate’s olive groves and belong to five traditional cultivars: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino and Madonna dell’Impruneta.
Harvesting is carried out from mid-October, depending on seasonal conditions, while pressing takes place within 12 hours of harvesting, to preserve freshness, aromatic profile and nutritional values.
The use of modern extraction technologies and immediate filtration allow us to obtain an extra virgin oil of the highest level, rich and harmonious.
On the nose, evident notes of cut grass and artichoke emerge, accompanied by intense fruity aromas; on the palate it is distinguished by an elegant balance between bitter and spicy, the distinctive mark of Terre del Cotto oil.
The 1 liter format is designed for quality daily use, ideal both raw and in cooking, maintaining the artisanal identity of the product unchanged.
